WE ARE A FOSTER-BASED DOG RESCUE SOCIETY LOCATED ON BEAUTIFUL VANCOUVER ISLAND BC

We, the members of North Amity Dog Rescue Society, recognize the urgent need to protect, rescue, and rehabilitate dogs from overcrowded animal shelters. Too often, these dogs face euthanasia not because of illness or behavior, but simply due to a lack of space and shelter-imposed time limits. We proudly partner with shelters that reach out for help when they run out of space—including those in Northern Canada (such as the Northwest Territories and Nunavut), California, local animal control, and under-resourced shelters across British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba—offering a lifeline to dogs who have run out of time or options.
